A service contract is a prepaid MOT for up to 5 years.

Service contract
Contract Manufacturing Services contract is an agreement between DC RUS and the Client, concluded for further service maintenance of the Client’s fleet at any authorised service station of DC RUS. The Service Contract type determines the service duration and the list of work performed.

● Only original spare parts are used. There is no need to look for alternative cheap parts after the end of the factory warranty;
● Cars with a Service Contract have a higher value in the secondary market;

The central part of the administrative work falls on the DKR (paying bills, settling disputes, etc.);

Types of service contracts:
Compact
Scheduled maintenance according to manufacturer’s standards, valid up to 5 years, maximum mileage 1,000,000 km.
Extended
Extension of the warranty conditions* for the power line, maximum mileage of 600,000 km or 4 years, whichever comes first (*, unlike the factory warranty, it is valid only in the Russian market)
Extended Plus
Full vehicle warranty extension, 600,000 km or 4 years, whichever comes first
Exceptional
Scheduled maintenance, extended warranty conditions for the entire vehicle, and replacement of wearing parts. It is possible to conclude for 5 years; the maximum mileage is 800,000 km.

The essence of the contract
A service package at a fixed price, which includes several regular MOTs, covers all the costs of scheduled maintenance of your car according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
If it becomes necessary to carry out the next MOT within the period and scope of work specified in the Package, the client has the right to apply to Toyota Centre Rostov-on-Don South for the next MOT.
Place of service
It is possible to undergo maintenance under the “Package MOT” service contract only at Toyota Centre Rostov-on-Don South.
Scope of work provided under the contract
Mandatory work is included in the next maintenance, the list approved by the manufacturer for each model and each service interval. Depending on your car’s technical condition and mileage, additional service operations are required in addition to the mandatory ones; they are paid additionally. Your service consultant is always ready to advise you on the need for such work and its cost.
The right to transfer the contract upon sale of the car
